New Product Showcase

As always, meet with over 200 distributor decision makers are our New Product Showcase, which takes place Thursday evening from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. For more information on exhibiting at the New Product Showcase, please go HERE.

New This Year! Manufacturer/ASP One-on-One Sessions
On Thursday, October 9, AHTD manufacturer members are invited to exhibit in an official space to hold meetings with current and potential distributors.

Exhibiting Space
Exhibiting manufacturers will be provided with a 6’ table and 4 chairs. AHTD staff will do their best to make sure the meeting space is private and to ensure competitors aren’t close. Exhibiting manufacturers can bring informational materials to distribute, but this isn’t required.

Exhibiting Time
This formal networking session will be divided into 20-minute increments, with additional 5 minute breaks in-between, from 3:15 – 4:50 p.m. on Thursday, October 9. It is up to the exhibiting manufacturers to decide how to use this time.

The exhibiting manufacturers are responsible for scheduling their time. AHTD staff will post a list of exhibiting manufacturers with contact information here on the Fall Meeting web site, but exhibiting manufacturers are welcome to contact their desired distributors themselves.

Exhibiting Registration
If interested, please mark the appropriate box on the registration form. (One per company, please.)  There is a $300 fee associated with this opportunity to help us cover meeting costs, but there is a discounted fee of $500 available for companies also interested in the New Product Showcase. In this case, please select “Exhibiting Manufacturer Package” on the registration.

There are only 20 spaces available, so register soon! Space given on a first-come, first serve basis.
