AHTD Fall Meeting New Product Showcase Registration
Meet with over 200 distributor decision makers are our New Product Showcase, which takes place at the Fall Meeting at the Vail Mountain Marriott Resort & Spa. This event will take place Thursday, October 9 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Things to Consider
- Tables are available on a first come, first serve basis. The space can only hold 25 tables, so register early to ensure a space!
- Showcased products released during the past twelve months or scheduled for release in the next twelve months are eligible for display.
- Each manufacturer will be provided with a 6’ draped table with power.
- Manufacturers may showcase any product that will fit on a 6’ table.
- If you have a product to show that will not fit on a 6’ table, a video or laptop presentation is permissible.
- This showcase is intended as a business card exchange event.
- Participants may provide banner signage, but only signage that fits hanging from the front of the 6’ table.
- Backdrops or booths are not permitted.
- No giveaways or promotional items allowed.
- Presentations, if given, should be limited to 10 minutes.
- One table per member in good standing.
Exhibiting Registration
If interested, please mark the appropriate box on the registration form. (One per company, please.) There is a $300 fee associated with this opportunity to help us cover meeting costs, but there is a discounted combined fee of $500 available for companies also interested in the Manufacturer/ASP One-on-One Sessions. In this case, please select “Exhibiting Manufacturer Package” on the registration.
